Not everyone responds to therapy

My major dysautonomia and hypoventilation makes me wonder if my auto bipap is even the right machine. I have used 3 machines since I was 17 on and off and they done absolutely nothing. I cannot get restorative rest and I had a scan showing damage (less functioning) in parts of my brain
