External issues

Post by viviantheodosia » Thu Jul 16, 2020 12:56 pm

My AHI is consistently under 2, but I have started to feel like I did when the sleep apnea first started.

Based on looking at my data in OSCAR, Last night was worst than the night before, I had a longer night, less leaks, and smaller AHI. Based on how I feel it is the opposite.

Is it possible to look at my sleep data to find out if there is something not AHI related causing me to partially wake during the night? I know it can not determine what the external thing is, I just want to see if I am being pulled out of the good sleep.

Yes it is. Please look at wiki/index.php/Oscar:organize paying special attention to how to organize and share the data for most effectiveness.

It's likely after you do that, we may ask you to zoom in on some areas to look for clues...
(Edited to provide a better link for organizing data)

You can zoom in and look for arousal or awake breathing using OSCAR.
The videos here will explain how....often it can be spotted but nothing flagged with it because the breathing didn't meet criteria to earn some sort of flag.
