Yes, he needs to try the official address. Others in the U.S. have had problems with the Apnea Board link.

Actually it was more aimed at the current uprising in the U.S.A., of Protesting with the Intent of Stealing Goods, Damaging Property, Harming the Innocent.
As far as the instructions for not making Wine, am I suppose to not add Tap Water or is it Distilled Water, I'm not supposed to add, I hate to make Vinegar.
