Sleep loss is a terrible thing. People get grumpy, short-tempered, etc. That happens here even among the generally friendly. Try not to take it personally.

Is this a censorship matter or a computer security issue?
I have seen this message in this country due to program incompatibility.

The 403 error could indeed be happening at the Apnea Board server end.chunkyfrog wrote: ↑Tue Jun 16, 2020 11:41 pmIs this a censorship matter or a computer security issue?

To the OP: Have you tried the "official" Oscar address? https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR/

Yes, he needs to try the official address. Others in the U.S. have had problems with the Apnea Board link.Respiration99 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 17, 2020 3:38 amThe 403 error could indeed be happening at the Apnea Board server end.

I think the apnea board server doesn't play nice with some browsers.
Try the direct link--skip apnea board.

Your sarcasm may be misleading to non-English speakers.
Please try not to get people in trouble--especially yourself-
-forbidding is often a sneaky way of giving directions.
Bricks of dried grape concentrate were sold during prohibition with the instructions
all phrased as "don't add water, don't add sugar, don't allow to ferment, and don't consume"

Actually it was more aimed at the current uprising in the U.S.A., of Protesting with the Intent of Stealing Goods, Damaging Property, Harming the Innocent.chunkyfrog wrote: ↑Wed Jun 17, 2020 11:23 amYour sarcasm may be misleading to non-English speakers.

As far as the instructions for not making Wine, am I suppose to not add Tap Water or is it Distilled Water, I'm not supposed to add, I hate to make Vinegar.

Re: In Taiwan still isn't accessed for oscar
English as a first language makes that a given;
but the OP is in Asia, perhaps using a translator.
Translators are like spell correct or ask google--think about it.
And I would think definitely NOT tap water (wink)
