Accurate oximeter or software that gives reading of each single SPo2?

I am using a Contec CMS50F wristwatch and SPo2 Assistant software.

It displays the SPo2 in stages like this...

time spent at below 100% - 100%
time spent at below 95% - 93.6%
time spent at below 90% - 1.8%
time spent at below 85% - 0.1%
time spend at below 80% - 0%

And so on.

I am looking for a device and/or software that is able to tell me in single increments, like this:

time spent at 100%
time spent at 99%
time spent at 98%
time spent at 97%

Etc.

You find this under "Oximeter report".

Is anyone aware of anything like this that exists?
