pressure relief wont relief during sleep

at the start of sleeping my pressure relief will relief, but i wake up 3-4 hrs later , due the the pressure not relieving.
I end up getting a belly full of air, i take the mask of , let it reset itself and then go back to sleep.
2 hrs later it wont relief again and i wake up.
does any one have suggestions
