Knowing Pugsy, Sarge was likely a rescue, so one cannot be completely sure.

Full blooded black pug. Not a mix and yes....sort of a rescue as no one wanted him because of a tiny speck of white on him and white on a black pug is an undesirable trait.

It can be strange what people find as undesirable. We had a couple of Chinese Crested dogs until they crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

The "problem" with Tux was that his ears were not erect. A very great per though.
Sunny's "problem" is that he had a blue eye and a brown eye. He too was a real joy.

Dogs are great, loving companions.
