Hello.
I am wondering if anyone has any input into sleeping like you "normally do" and not having any other issues than groggy/brain fog, but then SUDDENLY having increased unease and feeling of anxiety when waking up, that "normally" doesn't happen. Mind you, no changes to the pressure, doing what I "normally" do.
Could the change of season cause such a thing? I am wondering, because it seems like I won't have any anxiety/unease for months, then I have it "all of the sudden" for a few weeks or so. I end up thinking "what gives?"
Any thoughts or input appreciated.

When does this happen?
Is it very often?
Have you spoken to your doctor about it?

I wonder if this may be along the spectrum of "good days / bad days". As Miss Emerita said in your thread about that, it might be based on loud noises, bad dreams, something you ate, something that happened the night/day before, the health of a friend... I suspect every once in a while everyone wakes up with anxiety and dread about something. Are you particularly worried about something happening right now in your life or with the state of the world in general? Is it possible something like that has affected your normal wake-up routine? When I was in college, I would wake up some Saturdays with absolute dread, thinking I was late for a normal week-day class, but this may not even be in the same anxiety class. If this is paralyzing your normal routine, it may be time to talk to a professional.REMStar Plus C-Flex wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 1:03 pmHello.

Re: "Sudden onset" anxiety
I have been thinking of asking the pulmonologist, or my Primary. I just wanted to see if anyone thought it sounded like something they had heard of. It is something that comes and goes but is difficult to explain at times (in that things/stressors happen anyway and I don't feel that way, then all of the sudden it is like that).
Thanks for the response.
