This is a bit difficult because we can't figure out what kind of apnea events you are having.
Your brand of machine we aren't familiar with and I don't know if there is any software available that might help us out in that regard.
Your AHI in the 3.xxx numbers aren't horrible but they are still high enough to cause a negative impact on how you feel during the day.
Without knowing what kind of apnea events you are having then we can't really come up with concrete ideas to try to help you feel better.
About all we can do is make some common assumptions and try various things to see if it helps or not.
Since we are unfamiliar with your machine we can't even offer ways of changing the settings in case you wanted to try a little more pressure to see if that would bring the AHI down and maybe make you feel better. If you were using a machine that was more common that we are used to that worked with our available software we would have more information to go on.
AHI is composed of 3 categories
central apneas...and obstructive apneas....that's the A in AHI
Hyponeas is the H
and I is of course the index or hourly average
central apneas we can't do much with to reduce their numbers with this sort of machine...more pressure won't usually reduce their numbers because the airway is already open and there is simply no effort to breathe
obstructive apneas and hyponeas are usually responsive to more pressure though and when faced with this situation where we don't know what kind of event a person is having about all we can do is say "a little more pressure" and see if the AHI reduces or not and monitor how a person feels.
How long have you been using this machine?
Sometimes it just can take several weeks even several months to feel better.
Finally....sometimes some other health issue is behind the symptoms of fatigue. CPAP machines can only fix airway related issues. They can't fix other health issues. Example....I have rather crappy sleep due to pain issues. I wake up often during the night from pain.
So some days I feel like crap because I didn't sleep well from the pain....my machine does a great job dealing with the apnea issues but it doesn't help at all with the pain. Sure wish it did.
If you haven't had a complete physical work up with the normal lab tests and some extra hormone tests and vitamin tests we suggest that some extra detective work be done with exams and lab tests. Vitamin D is especially important and often overlooked.
Too little Vitamin D will manifest itself with symptoms very similar to apnea symptoms....fatigue, etc.
Vitamin D is often overlooked. Testosterone levels if the person is a guy....often overlooked. Thyroid function needs to be checked as well.
