Creeping AHI

Post by jrfoster » Mon Apr 06, 2020 4:30 pm

I have been on CPAP/BIPAP nearly 14 years. Recently I have discovered my AHI creeping up from around 1.4--1.8. It is now at 2.5. I haven't changed a thing. My BIPAP pressure is and has been for the last 2 years set at 18/14. I have put on a new cushion, new hose and facial hose. Just curious why it is going up when nothing as changed? Any ideas? Thanks.

Could you have gained (sorry!) even 10-15 lbs lately? It's amazing how much difference even that can make! And on (FF) mask fit as well.

You are correct. :( I have put on about 20 pounds. Didn't think that would do it, but.........I'll work on it. Thanks for being honest! :)
