Today my off day and my plans were to paint my garage. Woke up ate breakfast went back to bed. This is something I have had fought for years, sometimes I loose. I take a statin, asprin, fishoil and vitamin D.At work I drive and walk a lot for work so that keeps me going and I workout twice a week. Am 58 been on cpap since 2006. Please look at my charts to see if there can be any improvements. Thanks.
Tired need more sleep and cpap

Re: Tired need more sleep and cpap
this is interesting. i just went back through your posts and i don't see where you've mentioned this before. pardon me if you have and i've missed this.
so is this something that occurred all at once? you say for years but i don't know how long. is there anything that changed in your life and caused this?
if this has been going on for some time, then i don't think we can blame it on the therapy. your charts look very good to me.
sometimes, once someone has treated apnea they may find it's something else. what that something for you may be, i couldn't begin to guess.
let's wait and see what others may come up with.
good luck!!
