awake vs sleeping ODI

Post by crave303 » Wed Feb 05, 2020 10:30 am

Would it be weird to have a higher ODI awake versus sleeping?

Can anyone compare this two oximeters?

(first one is awake, second is sleeping)

Seems like I have worse breathing while AWAKE rather than sleeping, would you agree?

It's not worse, it's just more variable Awake breathing is typically very irregular.

I don't see anything wrong with either of those recordings.
