Those are horribly horrible leaks and it takes a lot of leaks to concern me.
So horrible you probably aren't getting any therapy at all.

Do you have facial hair?

Maybe consider a different mask. There are a lot more/better masks out there now than the old Quattro FX.

Thanks for your response.
Indeed it seems quite awful. What astonish me is that I don't realize the leaks and don't feel any.
I must admit I am bearded for about 52 years. (lol)

As an aside, this is one of the times when the 'Mask Pressure" (or Pression du masque) trace is a good one to look at.

Your leaks are so bad, (literally off the scale), that the machine cannot maintain the treatment pressure, and you can see that where the mask pressure drops below the 6.6 that it's supposed to stay at.

I don't say this very often but your leaks are sooooooo bad they are impacting your therapy because the machine simply can't make up for the amount of leak.

If you didn't have some sections of the night with no large leak I would think you have a massive hole in your hose or something but about half the night the leaks are controlled well enough.
Most of your large leak is more than twice where the machine really gets into big trouble.

When it goes over 40 to 45 it really can't be very effective in anything....it can't respond, it can't sense properly (you could be having a gazillion events and the machine wouldn't know) and it's just in deep trouble.
If it was just maybe 5 or 10% of the night....not awful but you are well over half the night in REALLY big leaks...

You really, really need to get them under better control.

Facial hair does present extra challenges but it can be done....lots of work and maybe changing to a different mask....or finally maybe shaving.
