DreamStation BIPAP Auto SV vs Aircurve 10 ASV

I have been using the Aircurve 10 ASV for about 5 years now and I am looking to purchase a new machine. The Dreamstation BiPAP Auto SV seems to be a little cheaper. Can anyone tell me the difference between the DreamStation BIPAP Auto SV and the Aircurve 10 ASV?

Respironics machines have a totally different auto adjusting algorithm.....you might not like it or do as well with it since you are used to the ResMed auto adjusting algorithm.

You have a machine that (presumably) well for you. Many people who change manufacturers don't like the algorithm difference, and it's not uncommon to see complaints about the Respironics' algorithm form those coming from ResMeds.

The ResMed is a solid machine, why risk a machine you're not happy with to save *a little* money.

Going with the same machine gives you better options as you'll now have an identical spare/backup machine.
