Do not regret growing older. It is a privilege denied to many...
It takes less time to do a thing right than to explain why you did it wrong.

Re: Attention Pugsy.
ditto!
new she wasn't about, but didn't know she was sick.
pugsy, get well and we'll try to keep jnk... from setting the place on fire while you recoop!

EDIT: omg! just read in another thread about the vertigo. this sucks. i have some minor bouts of vertigo and the eply maneuver clears it up for me.
your situation on being on the floor reminds me of time when i was in my thirties and my back went out. it was morning and i had to get to the other side of the house to go to the bathroom. like pugsy, i had to slither across the house then fight my way up right.
not fun!

Re: Attention Pugsy.
I hope you are feeling better.
I had really bad vertigo back in 2011. Ended up in two ERs. Felt like the room was the spinning and the floor was moving. I walked like a drunk.
Ever since then,I have been more sensitive to certain movements, and I can get short boutrs of vertigo randomly. I carry meclizine with me all the time. It helps a lot. I don't have the positional kind. I think mine is more about blocked Eustachian tubes. If I pop my ears several times a day, then I seem to avoid having vertigo issues.

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?
