Your charts are too difficult to read. Please follow the instructions in this to learn how to post your charts:
viewtopic/t158560/How-to-post-images-for-review.html
As a starting point for now, I recommend you set your minimum pressure at 12 and your maximum pressure at 20.

You have been on here since Dec 14th and have made no effort to do what it takes to help others help you.
Learn how how to post your charts.
Learn how how to listen to the request of the people who are/have tried to help you.

Re: need help knowing if my sleep chart is good or bad or needs adjusted
We can all tell it was from last night but it doesn't make it any easier to read.
See this thread for how to format your detailed reports. Do it properly and you can get everything we might need in one image.
viewtopic/t158560/How-to-post-images-for-review.html
Also what is probably more important than just looking at numbers is a report on how you slept and feel.
Numbers themselves don't mean much without context.

First, there is important information on the left that is hidden. Please turn off the calendar using the little triangle to the left of the date, and also turn off the pie chart using File ... Preferences ... Appearance (uncheck the relevant box).
Second, to help people advise you, they will need to see key graphs in a single screenshot. From top to bottom, stack these charts in this order:
Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leaks
Flow limitations
Snores.
To move charts, click and drag. To fit these six key charts in one screenshot, you can squeeze them by grabbing the horizontal gray bar between the charts. At this time, there is no need to provide other graphs. If anyone wants them, they will ask.

Or, in other words, follow the instructions that have been giving *multiple times*.Miss Emerita wrote: ↑Sun Jan 05, 2020 11:47 pmFirst, there is important information on the left that is hidden. Re: need help knowing if my sleep chart is good or bad or needs adjusted
You should stick to your own thread - they're responding to someone else's situation and your question just confuses things as to who they're answering.
Re: need help knowing if my sleep chart is good or bad or needs adjusted
In general, when using a pressure range, if the machine data shows it is spending most of its time at higher pressures, if one starts off closer to where the machine will need to go, it will be able to respond quicker if it doesn't have a lot of climbing to do.kdt15 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 1:51 amany reason why you suggest he min 12? im at default or 5-20Okie bipap wrote: ↑Sun Jan 05, 2020 5:23 pmYour charts are too difficult to read. Re: need help knowing if my sleep chart is good or bad or needs adjusted
Default is 4-20, because those are the machine limits and clueless doctors send machines out at that, or 5-20, even though that guarantees bad treatment for 95% of the patients.kdt15 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 1:51 amany reason why you suggest he min 12? im at default or 5-20Okie bipap wrote: ↑Sun Jan 05, 2020 5:23 pmYour charts are too difficult to read. As a starting point for now, I recommend you set your minimum pressure at 12 and your maximum pressure at 20.
Suggestions for appropriate minimum pressures are based on the way the pressure chart looks over the entire night.
