You need to see a doctor then. Start with a good primary care physician who will do a systematic examination of you and then go from there. This is a CPAP forum so if you're having difficulty swallowing or breathing, we can't really offer much medical advice.
If you want help with your bi-level device, you will need to sleep with it, and then upload the data so we can see what is happening. If you having pauses in breathing while sleeping, it's most likely due to some type of apnea - whether it be obstructive or central in nature. Only the data shall tell.

Just curious, have you been checked out for Myasthenia Gravis? It is an auto-immune disease that causes muscle weakness. Some of the muscles it can affect are the diaphragm muscles that can cause serious problems breathing and other affected muscles can also cause difficulties swallowing. MG and other neuromuscular problems can cause the things you are describing. I have MG and I think it would be something to check out with a neurologist. The Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America has some good information at www.myasthenia.org.

and yet, you refuse to acknowledge or answer any questions asked of you.
you may, indeed, have serious problems. but if you won't interact with the people on the forum how are they supposed to help you? YOU have to take charge of your therapy. no one else can do that.
good luck to you in your journeys; i'm out.

Inability to protect your airway places you at serious risk for pneumonia (as well as choking). Please consult a doctor -- ideally primary care if you can access one fairly promptly. Upon aspirating food and drink (or of you have done so fairly recently), I personally would visit an emergency department. But that is all up to you.
I asked some questions earlier. Any answer?
