Samirh:
First, please fill out your Profile, so that everyone can see the equipment you are using.
Do you know what the pressure was set at on your machine?
What did it read before you had this noise problem?
Is it possible that you over-filled the humidifier? That can cause noise.

Sorry that my 'answer' leads to more questions! .
More information is needed.

As Offerocker said, my guess would be you overfilled the humidifier. It has a "fill to" line. Don't overfill it.

On the M Series machines, there's a fill line on the actual humidifier tank. Pull it out, hold it vertically, and you should see the line. It's REALLY hard to overfill the M Series machines because it simply won't let you.

thanks, I found out the tank was overfill and one of the two windows plastic parts in the tank was misplaced, I put it back correctly, and I respected the water level, it works fine,
As I am new for the CPAP, the first night I succeeded with one hour sleeping with the CPAP, I will retry again

thanks
