Lately I have been getting really high ahi readings. (12-13) and I dont know why. I was getting much lower (4-5)
I am using a resmed Airsense 10 Elite with a nasal mask.
Does anyone have any suggestions how this could be happening. I have been using cpap for nearly 2 years
Thank you
Debbie

perhaps you could download the free oscar software and post some screen shots from that. there's not much the experts here can do to help you without seeing some actual data.
each of us is different in how we interact with our machines. what works for me won't necessarily work for you. that said, it sounds like something has changed lately. can you put your finger on it? has your diet changed? more stress in your life? medications different or new? so much we don't know.
at the bottom of my post is a link for "newbies". technically, you aren't a newbie. but it does have some helpful info. in it, there are steps regarding the sleepyhead software. just substitute oscar for sleepyhead and you'll be right.
there's also a link there for downloading oscar.
please use the software and let us help you to get your ahi back under control!
good luck!
