Wellue O2 and Pulse Reader

Post by mlsrealty » Sun Dec 29, 2019 12:13 pm

Got one of these a couple of days ago....I wish I would have gotten one 2 years ago....it really helps me realize that my pressure is still not right, regardless of my stats from sleepy head......My ahi range has been between 0 and .35.....But I still very tired, get headaches after eating every so often, so I knew something was still wrong with my sleep....after looking at the o2 data over the night, it showed that there were still times that my oxygen dipped down to the 92 range for a short period, and my pulse would jump from 62 to 85.....so hopefully with some tweaking, I can prevent having those moments...

There's nothing wrong with an SpO2 of 92, and pulse changes are expected with different sleep stages.
