Having trouble with F30

Post by flightco » Sat Dec 07, 2019 10:36 am

I did a search on F30 and came up empty. I am sure I am missing many comments, probably leaving out important stuff in my search.

I have been using an F10 for years very successfully. Saw the F30 and thought it might be even more comfortable. When I first put it on and fall asleep, it is as comfortable to me as nasal pillows (which I cannot use without taping my mouth) and I thought this would be great. I have never been able to sleep with it more than a few hours. Every time I roll on my side it starts leaking. I have tried looser, tighter, most things that I can think of but always end up finishing the night with my F10

Has anyone else experienced this and found a way to make this comfortable mask work for them? I didn't realize until I held it in my hand that it is very similar to the Amara View which I tried years ago and had the same problem.

I really want this mask to work and any advice would be appreciated.

The forum search function is totally useless when you do a search for something with only 3 characters. It just won't do any search with 3 characters or less.

Now you can to a site specific search on Google and maybe have more luck.

site: cpaptalk.com F30

https://www.google.com/search?client=fi ... lk.com+F30

As for your specific problem....sorry...I have never even seen an F30 much less used it but it does sound like a problem I had with the DreamWear full face mask and that was because the frame was too large for my head and I just couldn't get it adjusted so it wouldn't move around and leak as I moved around in bed.

Thanks Pugsy, I gave up and returned it under the 30 day program. I don't believe there is anyway it will work for me and I don't want another mask (like my Amara View) sitting in a drawer for the next 10 years
