Okay my machine and bipap mask is not correct

Post by Raticate » Fri Dec 06, 2019 2:48 pm

My machine listed is not correct or the mask

The bipap I use is says philips respironics dream station bipap pro auto and the mask is Philip respironivs amara view full face minimal contact

Have no idea what these others are listed. Can a moderator change it

I have issues with this bipap it has gone up to 19 and 20 cm. And starts about 11 or 12. My very short REM with no muscle Atonia remained same in the polysomnography about almost a year ago using this bipap

But the they thing I noticed using the machine is getting erections where as it’s usually hard for me due to dysautonomia and I’m in my 20s

philips respironics dream station bipap pro auto
There is no Pro Auto anything made by Respironics
There's a DreamStation BiPap Pro
There's a DreamStation BiPap Auto
There are some other DreamStation models as well.

What is the model number off the bottom of your machine? Model number should start with DSX...and then 3 digits and then some letters...What are the 3 digits.

You will have to change your equipment profile yourself. The moderator cannot access your account to change it.

Keep all your random weird questions and comments to one thread .....if you don't the moderator will combine them to one thread.

That's because the manual is for two different models:
  • The BiPAP Pro
  • The Auto BiPAP
There is no BiPAP Pro Auto BiPAP

I assume that you think you are a real smart guy....but you aren't smart enough to know that the manual you have is a combined manual..meaning it has more than one model machine's information in it.

You might want to rethink your thoughts on not listening to me....might be the prudent thing to do because right now I am betting that most of the forum members are ready to tell you to go to hell....and I am holding off on that for a little while longer.
Not to mention I know this cpap/bipap stuff forwards, backwards and inside out. You would do well to shut your mouth and start reading and try to learn because you don't know 1/10th of what you think you know. Read more...type less and don't go making comments in threads where you don't have a frigging clue what you are talking about.
The moderator will remove them to avoid misleading and confusing information being thrown out there.

Your machine is indeed listed in the equipment menu
It is the DreamStation BiPap Auto machine
and the humidifier (which is the only humidifier that will work with the DreamStation) is the DreamStation Heated Humidifier

And guess what bucko....I get to be weird and subjective if I want to....I am the ONLY moderator here.

The fact that you are not intelligent enough to understand that a *MANUAL* can refer to multiple different MACHINES, says volumes about YOU.

Pugsy is right, as usual, you ... aren't.
