Erase data on F&P Icon Premo

I bought a used F&P Icon Premo and wanted to erase the stored Data from previous owner both from the machine and the USB. Can someone please help me?

I have requested it just have not been responded to yet been a few days already does it usually take long?

No, normally doesn't take long at all as most of the manuals are an auto response kind of thing. Couple of hours maybe.
Certainly not days.
Might check your spam folder just in case it went there.
