Oscar report...what does it mean

I think I have attached the page. First time doing this and on an iPad.

It's not so much that the software won't work if downloaded with Safari but the fact that the operating system on your iPad simply won't know what to do with the software. It's not compatible with it plus there is no way to get the data off the SD card into your iPad. So it's not Safari that is the problem...it's the operating system on your iPad or iPhone that is the problem. Just not compatible with the software. :(
