Does anyone know where I can download the firmware for the dreamstation go humidifier? I received a new unit but it does not have the firmware installed or the SD card.

Does anyone know where I can download the firmware for the dreamstation go humidifier? I received a new unit but it does not have the firmware installed or the SD card.

Did you get the humidifier along with it? Or just the basic machine, expecting it to have the latest firmware?
Cos I understand that if you purchase just the basic machine, it will not have the firmware for it. If you purchase it together with the humidifier, then it should be updated, and if you purchase the humidifier seperately, it will come with an SD card with the firmware on it for you to reflash your machine yourself.

If you did get a humidifier, and your machine doesn't support it, I suggest you speak to the company you got it from to get the firmware installed. I'm not sure how anal some companies can be, but they may void your warranty if they realised you downloaded something from an open forum and installed it onto your machine.
