Date of graph, ResScan, 9/28/19, Saturday

Post by Oldern » Fri Sep 27, 2019 12:36 pm

Machine = ResMed AirCurve 10 ST

Problem with Dates reported in ResScan 5.9.

Graph for Thursday, 26 September Looks OK. Graph for Friday, 27 September 2019 is blank.
Then, Graph for Saturday, 28 September 2019 looks like it should be for last night, September 26th.

Sleepyhead graph for Thursday, 26 September looks reasonable. Graph for Friday (night) shows nothing which is OK. It jumps to Saturday 28, September, 092819, and shows something similar to what ResScan shows. The starting time for graph Saturday, 28 September 2019, in both programs, is 12:30am

How can this be?

Date on computer appears correct at 1:18 pm, today, 092719.

My machine is bundled up on its way to DME to exchange hoses but I can check with him and post back if he can figure it out.

Any thoughts about this date problem. Thanks in advance.

Verify calendar date along with clock time when you get your machine back in your possession.
Sounds like the calendar date on the machine itself got pushed ahead a day. I had that happen once. I swore I didn't change the calendar but it was either me or the aliens.

If the calendar date is indeed wrong the machine won't let you go backwards with a reset unless you erase all the old data.

Computer date is accurate.

I'll just have to get back with DME Rep Monday. I thought he said he wasn't worried about the change he made because everything was backed up.

But it's obvious the chart for 092718 shows a blank and the chart for 092819 is there. Don't know where the data came from for 092819.

Tell me what is the official beginning and ending of a day for the computer? Noon to noon? or what?

Sleepyhead shows the same

Any other comments?

Help is appreciated.
Ernest

Has nothing to do with the computer date and everything to do with the date on the ResMed machine.
You have a blank date because the date on the ResMed got moved ahead one day. Must have been the same aliens that did it to me a year or so back.

ResMed starts a new recording period at Noon...per whatever the clock says on the ResMed machine....doesn't necessarily mean that it is noon your time.

So either clock is way off or your calendar date is off. That's pretty much the only thing it can be.
