This site has helped me to understand a lot about the different numbers and terms that are used when talking about sleep apnea. I have always tried to be an informed patient, but you can't get all the information you need just from your doctor. Doctors don't have the time, plus it's often best to get your information from someone who has actually experienced the type of thing you are asking about. Anyway, I had my best AHI so far, less than 1 at only a point 5. I was having AHIs of 15 to 20. I am finally enjoying this therapy. :D
