So my current DME stopped carrying all Resmed products, which isn't great for me as I use an Airsense Auto 10 and Airfit P10.
I need to find a new DME. What's the best way to find a new DME for a specific area (Detroit area in this case)? Any suggestions on how to navigate this process is also appreciated.

Cpap.com is my first choice if insurance is not an option.
Otherwise, contact your insurance and see if anyone in their network wants your business.

Oh, I have insurance. CPAP.com doesn't act like a normal DME and take insuranc, etc.. correct?

If your using insurance, look at your provider list under dme's or give them a call and ask who you can use.

As Babydinosnore says, your first call is to your insurer to find out which DME's are in network, and then start calling around to make sure that they will work with ResMed. If you can't find one in network, then you need to know your out of pocket costs for using an out of network provider, and compare that cost to ordering your own stuff online (Amazon and eBay for supplies, CPAP.com or Secondwind.com for machines).
