Paying it forward used mask cushions and parts....free or almost free stuff

When I first started my cpap journey last year everyone was so nice and offered up free mask parts for me to try when my dreamwear full face was just not working.

I have found a mask that works and have all the back up parts I need.

I would like to start this thread for anyone who wants to pay it forward and send out used parts to those who might want/need to try something different.

I will start. I have a small eason nasal mask, a mirage activa standard with 2 sealed cushions. I also have a medium wide and large cushion for the dreamwear nasal. If anyone can use any of these items I would be happy to pay it forward and send them out. Just send me a pm.

Please note :These are in a smoking household (tho I don't smoke) they may have picked up the scent in the air. I know some are super sensitive to smoke smell so I mention it.

I have some things to list here but I am having doggie health issues to deal with right now and just haven't had the time to look to see what I might have to offer.

For sure some Respironics heated hoses....I need to check to see if DreamStation or System One.

There is no rule that someone with something free to offer has to use the pillow exchange thread.

Free donated stuff but I do ask for postage reimbursement if at all possible. Mailing costs add up quickly. I have PayPal to make it easy but I am good with plain old cash. Checks create a problem as I have to drive to another town to deposit them...and I forget often to take them with me.

Assume used unless I say new in seal package.

Mirage Quattro cushion and clip package...new, sealed in ResMed package...reference number 61292....2 of the medium size

one small opened pack of moleskin. Looks to be 2 strips of 4 5/8 x 3 3/8. Let me include it with something else. It will cost more to mail it than it is worth.

A bag of Optilife nasal pillows...most still sealed in little bags. Multiple sizes but I don't see any smalls...I see P, M and Large with the most being P. No time to look for smalls...if you want them take the whole package and any that you can't use see if you can swap them with someone if you want to. I want this package gone.

Amara View cushion only...still sealed in container. 1 Small.

ResMed Quattra Air/AirFit 10 cushion size large. Still sealed in ResMed package. Ref number 62739

1 generic gray 6 ft hose....needs to go in a box with something else because it isn't worth much unless someone just wants to pay mailing it.

2 Phillips Respironics heated hoses....opened out of package but the person who donated them said not used.
These are for the System One machines that have been upgraded to use heated hoses. They will NOT work on the DreamStation as far as I know. I think connectors might be slightly different.

1 Respironics power supply...brick and short cord...60 watt....this is for the System One machines.
Used only a couple of nights when I got my 760 machine and the upgrade kit to make it work with heated hose.
It will NOT support a heated hose but it will power any of the System One machines.

The only hard fast rule here is that there are no hard fast rules.

A lot of people don't know about or understand the exchange pillow thread or they think that it only pertains to nasal pillows.
Newbies won't have a clue about any of it.
Put "free stuff" in the topic and we get a lot more lookers. That's the whole idea.
And someone else might read it and think "oh, man, I got so and so mask that I hate and I want it gone...I will post it in this thread so maybe I can get it out of my house"....

New Small and Large P10 pillows for the cost of shipping them. Insurance gives me a new mask every 6 months and I use the Medium sized pillows. I have 4 each of the Small and Large that come in the new mask box/package that I've never used. If someone needs them, you're welcome to them. Just cover the postage. I suppose I can put them in a padded envelope or small box and send US Post. No idea how much the postage would be - $4-5? Good deal if you take all 4 of either size you need.
