As I noted in another thread I had used the same CPAP machine since 1993 until 2 nights ago. I now have the Remstar Pro 2 w/ C-Flex. I've slept rather restless the last 2 nights and I'm sure it's trying to get used to this new setup. For those that had been on a constant pressure CPAP for a long time and then moved to C-Flex, how long did it take you to adjust to the change? I know I can set it back to CPAP only, but I really wanted to give the C-Flex a shot to see if I was comfortable. I have always tolerated the CPAP therapy well, so the constant pressure was never a problem. I've also moved from the old adam ciruit nasal pillows to the Comfortlite 2. Still working to see which size pillow or the simple cushion works best for me.
New to C-Flex, question.

Specifically, what are you experiencing that is waking you up now that you are using C-FLEX.
With intent, I am not telling you what some experience with C-FLEX because I don't want to contaminate your personal experience in any way.
Many users really like C-Flex and notice an increased comfort. Others, however, do not like C-FLEX and have some fairly common complaints.
So, compared to how treatment was, what are you noticing now that you are using C-FLEX?

Buy a new hat, drink a good wine, treat yourself, and someone you love, to a new bauble, live while you are alive... you never know when the mid-town bus is going to have your name written across its front bumper!
I still have felt about the same each morning as previously. It's just waking up more than usual during the night. Could be getting used to the mask, but it seems I have to "work" more in my breathing than when it was at a constant pressure. Also , keeping in mind that my old machine had not been touched since 1993, so even though I was not feeling bad, there is no guarantee that it was putting out at 11cm. Maybe I'm just getting used to a new pressure again? One thing I have noticed and it could just be a timing thing, my throat is sore after 2 nights of the new machine. I have enough sinus problems, that it could just be that and nothing to do with my new setup.
