newbie looking for cheap apap

Hi and welcome to all,
I'm David and i'm very much a newbie who is wanting to learn and have an active role in my treatment.
Just a quick background. I have heart a/f and was initially measured with an ahi of 70 or so. I took a I month trial with a dream station and was recommended cpap at 9cm h2o. While waiting to see my specialist again I have purchased an old s7 resmed autoset spririt. I have been winging it a bit and ended up between 8 and 13 on apap, It didn't go above high 10cm h20 so have I returned to cpap at 10.5. My current AHI is about 6.8, being nearly all hypops, with AI under 1.0. The s7 is old and rattly and does not have a memory card to access data or a humidifier. It is time to update. Like lots of us, money is an issue. I am primarly wondering if anyone here has had anything to do with the BMC Luna IQsa Auto? Does this new one record full data and is it easy enough to adjust the clinical settings on it etc.? I am currently thinking I would be better off trying to get a decent second hand resmed s10 auto. Any opinions or alternative options you might offer would be greatly appreciated. Have any Australians here bought online offshore at reduced prices, what are my best options for new machines? You probably realise that there is no medicare or other assistance is given for sleep apnea here in Aus and no scripts are required either. I don't carry private health insurance, so it is all coming out of the hip pocket. I hate spending extra money! Thanks for all the assistance this site has already given me, the forums are great.
