ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset Motor Noise

I purchased a used Airsense 10 Autoset with about 6,000 hrs on it. From reading posts here, evidently it may need a new motor or service, as from being very quiet at a pressure of 4.0, it makes noise after 10 minutes at my needed setting of 11.0 [no ramp, cpap mode]. I have only seen one non-ResMed site that repairs these machines, claiming to be much cheaper than ResMed. But at $300, I find that too much. I have spent hours trying to find where to purchase a motor and do it myself. Does anyone know a site that sells these motors to the public. I am not sure when things changed that permitted the resale of CPAP machines, but the industry still seems quite tight-lipped. Any response would be helpful.
