If it does, then I'm gonna sneek a couple of hours of my mask on my wife, maybe the CPAP can find that drive

R O T F L ! ! ! .

More sleep + Quality sleep = more energy

How's this for a non-commital answer: (best jokes already taken)

If the 'drive' is there in the first place, there's more energy to pursue it. ...then, there are those "Sunday drivers"....

LOL, that is really funny. Did you write for "Raymond"? Actually, it
sounds like something George Lopez might try.

It's just as far a drive now as it's always been, the hard part it to find a parking space. Jim

Okay enough is enough. I have finally learned to sleep through mask leaks now I am supposed to have sex after my sleep is restored? Guess I will have to check with the wife and see if the sex is better while I am sleeping. Not sure I want to find out that answer.

I started cpap and the first morning I woke up with a construction. Then I took things into my own hands and to my great disappointment it was only the cpap hose.

I started CPAP therapy 2 weeks ago and now sleep better and longer than I have in years. As for drive, my wife has commented on the improvement.

I slept better the 3rd night, when I went from a Comfort Gel mask to the Swift. I am still tired when I get up, but it passes quickly and I am much more alert the rest of the day.

Of course it is better

Everything is better because you are not tired. If you don't have Apnea, using an xpap will make nothing improve so it's the removing of the negative that makes your body function better.

However, it's not just the sex per se, it's all the synergies that contribute to good sex. When we are tired and cranky, we don't crave sex as often. So, if we are not tired and cranky and feel good about yourselves we want to get ourselves in sexual mode. When you're wide awake it's Ok to be vulnerable for the sake of intimacy.

Plus, with adequate sleep comes a desire and an energy level to exercise and that will create more sexual energy. You'll look better, function better all around and people will be treating you better and in a more flirtatious way and that increases your sex drive. So, there is no question that sex gets better and you desire it more and you become creative and responsive to your partner. How could it not make things better?

Here's a clue, Mike: Has she been asking you to take more NAPS lately??

...at least you'll know that it's been good for HER
