Do not do business with Rotech for your CPAP needs. They are the most dishonest CPAP supplier.
They don't deserve to be in business.
Google Rotech complaints for yourself.

I agree; my experience with Rotech was not satisfactory, so I returned the rental/leased machine after several months into a 13-month rental, and bought a machine online out-of-pocket. I found it was not worth the hastle dealing with Rotech (and with insurance compliance.) With access to OSCAR software and helpful advice from this forum, there was has been no regrets cutting the DME out of my treatment.

I have been using Rotech for several years now and so far have not had a problem with them.
I go online, select the supplies I want, order them and they send them.
What problems have you had?

I inherited RoTech as my DME when my previous local DME was bought or closed. They have always treated me quite fairly and I don't have complaints. I would note that over the years I have been a customer, their level of technical assistance has severely declined. Originally there was an on-site therapist who would help with fittings and checking equipment but that is no longer the case, but i is not a big deal for me now. They are a national firm and have helped me twice when I had equipment failures when I was traveling far from home.

Even the worst national chain has some locations that comport themselves decently.
Many of us have resorted to online sales when the "good ones" are not nearby.
Many.

Are you a competitor? Kind of weird to be your first post. No DME has good reviews if you look on Google - doesn't mean much really.

Frustrated ex-customers post bad reviews.
For a price, they can be removed.
Trust no one.
