Lock icon on Airsense 10 for her

I changed the temp setting to manual so I could turn my humidifier off. I then pulled the plug out and then back in to see if it kept the humidifier off as when I set it before without changing the temp setting to manual, the humidifier went back to 4. The humidifier stayed off after i plugged the unit back in however it locked me out of my clinical settings. Additionally, there is now a circle with a line through it and a lock icon. I looked up past threads and it was stated that there is no clinical lock however, the lock icon is there for sure and I cannot get into my clinical setting now. Can anyone offer my a solution please as I would be most grateful. Thank you for your time in advance.

Babybear I have never seen the icon with the lock on, how did you get it to open? Did you just go to the clinical menu and it unlocked?

Originally the icon was not there so I was able to get into the clinical settings. However, last night i must have did something to make it come up. I had just purchased this machine as my backup from cpap.com and I called them today. They said there was a lock icon and they were going to send me the clinical reference guide that contains the info i need to get rid of it. Very strange. Thanks for commenting!!

Let us know what magic incantation works to remove it. That information might be helpful to others in the future.

Doesn't the lock icon refer to the state of the SD card? ...or am I missing what's being discussed?

No it’s what he is seeing on the machine screen
