

So I thought it was about time that I got to grips with Sleepyhead and looked at optomising my results. I know how I feel is more important than the numbers and to be honest if it never got any better I would still be OK - but if there is anything obvious that you more experienced people can see that would be great.
These are my stats from the last 3 nights - although Tuesday night (the middle one) is probably not a great example because I met up with some friends and had rather too much wine

Hopefully I have got the data in the right order with the correct bits on the screen that you need.
