Innomed Bravo Similiar to Swift

Post by REM » Tue Feb 20, 2007 10:17 am

I recently heard that Innomed will be releasing a new interface called the Bravo. They say it will compete with the Swift, Opus and OptiLife. Not sure on release date.

I called InnoMed customer service. They didn't say much but when I pressed, she said that the Bravo will be available April 1.

Wanna see something weird ?
I did a http://www.hybrid-mask.com only this time I put http://www.bravo-mask.com to see if it was another Respcare like deal and sure enough....
if you click on the word Bravo , the next page does a coming soon spread.
Cool, can't wait to see it.
I'm pretty much sold on the Hybrid so I don't think I'll be buying anything new, but my wife, Diane will probably give it a try. She's into the little nasal-aire/swift type devices. I'm sure this will be one hell of a little mask.

a few days ago. no big technical advantage but probably a big step for comfort related issues. I like the headgear better than the swift, guess they learned with the hybrid. I like the pillows better than the swift, they have that aura, hybrid feel and you can wear different sizes like the hybrid.I'm trying to remember, but I think they used the same pillows as the hybrid. Might be interchangeable. tube under the nose is much smaller than swift with nothing touching your mouth area like the swift. easy to put on and off just like swift. can wear over head. Quieter than swift. not sure of the price. don't know if the sample was a prototype or the real thing but it looks like another big winner. it's got that cool factor thing going.

Wait for Bravo or buy the Opus?

Post by patbringer » Fri Feb 23, 2007 3:12 pm

Sal,

Have you seen/tried the Opus?

I was planning to order the Opus this weekend to alternate with my Hybrid. Should I wait to see the Bravo (since it is only a month or so from launch)?

Cheers!
