Help getting my AHI down?

Post by BDubb93 » Tue May 21, 2019 8:04 pm

So I have read a few times on here that the magic number goal for AHI is to be sub-2 on a nightly basis. I'm not approaching my second week and I'm finding that I am consistently around the 4-6 AHI range. Is this normal, or what can I do to bring it down? I have attached screenshots of my best night, last night, and my averages as found on OSCAR. Any tips from the gurus here would be appreciated. :)

I'd start by bumping your min pressure to 10.

How do you pull these stats from your Dreamstation? I downloaded the Mobil app but it is just giving me AHI, Time and Fit.

You take the SD card from the machine and pop it into your computer, then use OSCAR to display the data.
