Equipment not in list

Post by Roadspill » Sun May 19, 2019 3:33 pm

I have a Philips DreamStation BiPaP AutoSV but it's not listed. Can you get that added?

Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

No, we really can't add that product to the equipment list easily anyway.
The equipment list menu is all tied to cpap.com inventory and cpap.com pays the bills for this forum so we don't have a bunch of ads to sort through.
So anything cpap.com doesn't sell won't be on the equipment list and they don't sell ASV machines anymore.

What you can do is simply add it to the Comments section of your equipment profile. We can see it easily and know this happens when people are using something that isn't on the drop down menu list.

I figured it probably was tied to something so already added it to the Comments to make sure it was there.

That's why you can type it in, but be sure you do it correctly, Iconny are for the Lazy and uninformed. Most people that use them are using the incorrect one, they look the same, so I ignore the posts. Jim
