So I'm trying to answer three questions:
1. Should I continue the therapy if I don't see improvement?
If anything, I seem to feel worse after the nights when I use CPAP. Mostly, because it acts as a mild disturbance/distraction.
2. What explains the difference between the study and the machine data?
I see no RERAs but I do see lots of clear airways events.
Is it that the machine is no accurate / is that I'm doing something wrong and it leads to the events miscategorization / or should I trust the data?
3. If I were to continue, what adjustments should I consider making to further optimize the treatment and increase the odds of success?
E.g. pressure, EPR, RAMP, humidification, etc
----
How would you personally interpret this data and answer these questions?
I'm new to these so I apologize if I miss something obvious.
Thank you so much!
