Looking for a few sleep reports from a Dreamstation ASV

Post by metsfan302 » Fri Feb 08, 2019 3:29 pm

Wondering if anyone wouldn’t mind sharing some Sleepyhead etc reports from the Philips Dreamstation ASV? The AHI can be wacky etc some centrals some obstructive etc.

Just trying to see the diff in reporting vs the Resmed AirCurve ASV

If anyone needs some filters / heated hose for their Dreamstation and maybe don’t have insurance etc - I have some filters both kinds and like 6 each and 1 hose sent to me as mistake from a DME.....

Thanks in Advance!

I could use an extra hose and filters! I’m recently new to this CPAP game. Like less than 2 weeks. My father in law has directed me to this page and I have been trying to learn as much as I can. I have discovered that extra equipment is always a plus!

Been using my ASV now for a month, and like it a lot, my pressure run around 8 and up to 14. My problem is that I have had a lot of OA's so they put me on this machine. Been using the beta version of sleepyhead to get my results. I have gone from 14 AHI's down to 3 so I'm happy. Need to run longer to see if I can get better results.

Here's what a PR S1 model 960 report looks like. The DreamStation report looks the same.

Resmed invented ASV technology, their treatment of it is superior.

That said, if you've got COPD, maybe you'd do best with the iVAPS technology, (a ST-A machine).
