Could you please do a quick review? i'm stuck..

I've been getting very low AHIs, usually less than 1. but i can not stay asleep at night, i'm attaching the zoomed out graph, then zoomed in on airflow.
Each time i wake up, i mark it , i can not see anything weird right before the arousals. This has been going on for a while now and i can not figure out why, it's affecting my daily activities badly.
