Re: Question for Arizona cpap users
My insurance always sends me to Apria. The have an office on the west Peoria and one in Tempe. I usually go the the Peoria branch. I once walked past it when they were closed and the place is HUGE with all kinds of DME stored in what would normally be several more stores in a strip. The usually had a dozen or more masks on display and insisted that you try what ever mask you end up with, even it that means trying on half a dozen other masks first. I like the DME people at 51st and Cactus, which is practically within walking distance for me, but I think they specialize more is physical disability equipment.
I don't currently know anything about companies in Tucson or Flagstaff.

Most of the problems are in the billing...If you are using insurance, avoid giving them your credit card. People have found double billings and erroneous charges.

Incorrect shipments, incorrect billing... typical big company that doesn't care about it's customers.
I suggest looking at the link at the bottom of one of Chunkyfrogs posts.

Thanks I looked at the link athough I am not medicare. Only two listed that my insurance will accept for my PPO are Apria and the place I am currently using, that I am not thrilled with.
