Rather than shell out the big $ for a ResMed Mini, I am thinking of buying a battery ($400+/-) for the 3-year-old ResMed Airsense 10 that I use nightly. It might be a bit cumbersome to use on the long overnight flight from Canada to Australia, but possible -- if I set the machine on my lap.
My concern is *charging* the battery when I am in Australia. I will have the necessary plug, but will the difference in voltage between the countries wreck havoc on the battery, or make it unusable?
1) Is the battery a worthwhile investment?
2) Has anyone dealt with this/these issues?
Thanks in advance!

All depends on the battery charger.
