I've been noticing that the information displayed on my ResMed Autoset is different from the information I'm getting with Sleepyhead. Does anyone know why this is?
For example, on the ResMed I'm getting an AHI of 2.6, while Sleepyhead shows an AHI of 1.28. If my AHI is really 2.6, isn't that a bit high? I originally had an AHI of 25.5.
Is one reading more accurate than the other? One user on another forum suggested I check the time settings on my ResMed and it seems to be correct, so I am not sure what else the problem could be...

Re: Discrepancies Between ResMed and Sleepyhead Readings
I think you are seeing the 30 day average and not one night detailed on the machine's LCD screen.
You need to change the value to 1 day/night instead of 30.
It defaults to 30 day unless you change it and if you lose power or something it will reset to 30 day.
So verify the time value and see if you are seeing 30 day or 1 day.
You may have to scroll down just a bit to find the setting to change from 30 day to 1 day.

As Pugsy say it looks like your seeing a 30day average at the top of the sleep report you can see a period that can be changed at will from 1 day upto 1yr but defaults to 30 days with the period highlighted you can change the value by pressing the button then turning then press again to change the calculated values
