Personally, I find the description of ‘hacker’ a bit insulting. Mark Watkins has produced a world class piece of software.

It has been mentioned--but it's good to know one more person is aware of Mark's work.
The term "hacker" is much misunderstood.
Many people immediately think "black hats", but there is nothing wrong,
or illegal about patients controlling (and viewing) their own therapy,
especially when detailed, affordable support is unavailable.
It is a shame that the "system" does not support it--but it needs to be done, nonetheless.
Thank goodness for nerds, geeks, and white hat hackers.
Without them, we are hostages of the white coat Mafia.
