New Charts for review

Post by JBarizona » Fri Nov 16, 2018 10:36 am

Latest chart...pressures are up to 14/20, EPR is off....AHI been consistently below 5 these last two weeks but would love to see them lower..I never get an AHI below 1...not sure how much more bottom pressure I can take....hypopneas have increased dramatically while centrals and OA's are trending down. Thoughts? My thanks and appreciation to you.

How do you feel? Do not chase a number if your AHI is under 5 and you are feeling well and rested. It is easy to become CPAP obsessive. If you feel well enjoy life beyond your apnea.

well it's only been 8 weeks since I've been on CPAP and every morning I wake up with a heavy eyes and bags under my eyes.... And generally I still have moments of tiredness and yawning throughout the day. I would say over the 8 weeks maybe 5 or 6 times I grabbed a 30-minute nap somewhere during the day without my CPAP on..... While l know my condition is being treated I'm not feeling full of energy or substantially better...
