For the first time in 30 years (since my first kid was born) and 43 days after getting my firat pap machine I slept through the night. A full 7 hours without getting up for something. Of course I am so stiff and sore I can barely move but who cares I actually slept. 🥳

Congratulations! It was that first sleep through the night that helped me understand that CPAP was truly a miracle. There may still be some bad nights, but the goal is to have more and more nights like last night. It will change your life for the better.
