By sleeping badly do you mean a lot of wake ups and tossing and turning and fragmented sleep? Trouble falling asleep? Trouble staying asleep?

When did this start? Your old reports didn't look anything like this.
What changed?

Do you take any medications of any kind, even OTC? If so, what?

I wake up at least 2 times in one night and during the day I feel very sleepy and tired.

About my previous posts and results please ignore them, I was basically using 2 ClimateLineAir together (yeah hyper dumb)

I do not use any type of medication

If you only woke up twice during that night above...you need to be seeing your doctor about what is going on.
So let me stress that right away.

Until the meantime the only thing I can even remotely offer is to maybe try to reduce the hyponeas on the very wild off chance that those centrals are post arousal and related to the hyponeas maybe causing arousals.

Take a look here...read and watch the videos.

Zoom in on a cluster of those CAs/centrals and lets see if they look real or not.

I hate to ask, but have you gained weight recently - too often it does account for new problems - sneaks up over time - and masks no longer fit properly, etc.

I'd bump min pressure to seven, and see what happens.
