Sleepyhead seems to have locked my computer

Post by JBarizona » Mon Oct 29, 2018 7:27 pm

Was trying to post some charts. Suddenly I could not close down the sleepyhead software. The file data and view icons in the top left were not functioning. I can shrink or grow the graphs and navigate around the page but I cannot close the program. Tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it same thing happened. Anyone?

When this happened to me I had to change my desktop resolution so that I could access that top part of the SH program in the upper left where you can turn off the full screen toggle.
There's a bug in SH and some computer operating systems where if someone does the full screen toggle that they can't get out of it.
F11 should work but doesn't for some people.
It didn't for me. The only thing was to change the desktop resolution and then I could see the top part of the program that can't be seen as it is now.

Not sure If I was misleading...I can SEE the top part of the program (File, View, Data, Help) but when I click on them, nothing happens...tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software..same thing happened. So I can see them, just cant use them or close out of the program without Crl Alt Delete and shutting down the computer........when you say "change the desktop resolution", what do you mean? Where do I do that? Did you have the same problem I had as Ive just described?

Try alt+space bar. Then click close.

As long as you're using windows
