I've only been 'pappin' for about 6 weeks. I've been trying some different masks. I have an airfit f20 and it's one of the more comfortable ones I use and probably would be my go to, but i just am really wondering why it exhausts so much. the noise is loud and it seems like compared to my other masks the pressure runs higher and the "leak rate" is definitely higher.
has this been brought up before? it's just annoying because its almost a deal breaker for a mask that is very comfortable for me

There is a new quiet elbow availiable for the F20 that greatly reduces the vent noise

I was told by my DME that the airfit f20 will ship with the new silent elbow once all existing airfit f20 stock with the much noisier elbow is depleted. I returned my airfit f20 and exchanged it for a Airtouch f20 (dame mask but with a memory foam seal) that comes with the newest quiet elbow. The airtouch f20 is in my opinion more comfortable and quieter.
